Shipping policy

Our shipping prices vary based on the size and weight of the item. There are no standard stock prices due to the variability in size and weight of our products.

We are more than happy to add on additional insurance to our shipping. This will be priced according to UPS policies or the shipping company of your choice.

We will hold an item for up to 5 days.

Return policy

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase if you have the original receipt and the item comes back in the original condition.

We check all items that are returned. You are responsible for any damage caused to the item once it has left the shop’s possession.

We are a small shop with a small staff. Due to our size, we are unable to take orders online. We are hopeful that one day we can enable online orders. In the interim, we would be delighted to take your order by phone at 502-589-0670!
